Products returned without original packaging or with signs of use may be denied or subject to a restocking fee where permitted.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality assurance reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

❌ Used helmets

❌ Helmets showing signs of wear or installation

❌ Custom-made or personalized products

❌ Clearance, final sale, or closeout items

❌ Gift cards

❌ Special-order products

❌ Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

❌ Items returned without authorization

Because helmets are safety products, we cannot accept returns on any helmet that has been worn, used, altered, or involved in an accident.


📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

📦 Photos of the packaging

📝 A brief description of the issue

🔢 Your order number

We will review the claim and work quickly to provide a suitable resolution.


🏷️ Return Authorization Required

Before sending any item back, customers must contact BestHelmetShop to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.

To request a return, please provide:

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

✅ The wrong item was shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

BestHelmetShop is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Need a different size, color, or model?

We recommend placing a new order after initiating a return request for the original item.

This helps ensure product availability and minimizes delays.

Orders may be canceled before they enter processing or shipment.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will be subject to our standard return policy.

📬 Refused Deliveries

Orders refused upon delivery or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may be subject to:

For this reason, used safety equipment may not qualify for return, exchange, or resale.
